2007-2008: Completed a year of house-staffship in Cardiomedicine at Medical College, Kolkata.

2008-2011: Served as ICU RMO at Paramount Nursing Home, Hazra Road, Kolkata, managing critical care cases with efficiency and compassion.

2011-Present: Joined the West Bengal Government Health Services as a Medical Officer. During his tenure:

2011-2018: Appointed as Medical Officer-in-Charge at Duttapulia Upgraded PHC, Nadia. Under his leadership, the PHC was upgraded to a 10-bedded facility with 24*7 services, earning consistent recognition from the National Quality Assurance Team for exemplary healthcare services (2016-2018). It was also awarded as the Best PHC in Nadia by Hon 'ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in 2013.

2021-2022: Posted as MO SUPY at Barasat Medical College, monitoring Mother and Child Health Programs and Telemedicine services in collaboration with the Deputy CMOH.
